Our objective is to identify sites that are not only technically and commercially strong, but also appropriate within their local setting.

By addressing these fundamentals early, we can minimise potential impacts on neighbouring properties, communities and existing land uses before detailed design begins.

We then work with landowners, neighbours, councils and local stakeholders to understand site-specific issues and ensure these are properly considered as the project progresses.
